BUSINESS HOURS: Two Brothers Racing, Inc. (TBR) maintains
normal business hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, PST, Monday through
Friday.
PRICES: All prices shown are FOB TBR’s facility in California
and are subject to change without prior written or oral notice. All
orders are invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment. TBR
is not responsible for any incorrectly printed product descriptions,
part numbers, or prices.
TERMS: Standard Terms are C.O.D. Certified Money Order or
pre-approved credit card purchases only. Personal checks cannot be
accepted under any circumstances. Customers who refuse an order will
be held responsible for return freight to TBR as well as the original
freight. TBR will not charge the customers’ credit card until the
order is shipped, unless it is a special order. All goods purchased
with a credit card can only be shipped to the address on record of the
card holder. That is, the ship-to address MUST BE THE SAME ADDRESS as
where the credit card bills are received by the card holder. NO
EXCEPTIONS. This is to protect you, the card holder, from fraudulent
use of your credit card number.
ORDERS: Please allow 24-72 hours to process all orders from
time of receipt.
BACK ORDERS: We try to avoid backorder situations, but if it
occurs, we will take your order and then call you as soon as the
product is again available.
SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders are shipped prepaid only,
and cannot be returned.
SHIPMENT METHOD: All orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal
Service (Military Addresses Only).
The standard shipping method is Ground Service. Orange (3 Day), Blue
(2 Day) and Red (1 Day) services are also available at
additional cost, and only when requested and approved by TBR. We do
not offer
C.O.D. delivery for retail customers. If you
require your order to be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (Military Addresses
Only), there will be additional handling charges due to
costs incurred by TBR in delivering packages to the Post Office (UPS,
on the other hand, picks up daily from our facility).
CANCELLATIONS: Special ordered merchandise cannot be cancelled
and are payable in advance. Cancellation of standard item orders must
be received prior to shipment of goods. TBR cannot cancel an order
once it has shipped.
RETURNS & CLAIMS: Any requests for the return of goods
purchased from TBR must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No
returns will be accepted after 10 days. Prior to any return shipment,
call TBR for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that will be issued
over the phone. Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and
in the original packaging. If the merchandise has been installed on
the motorcycle, then you have bought it and it cannot be returned.
Merchandise can only be returned by the party that originally
purchased it from Two Brothers Racing, i.e., if you bought it at a
dealership, you must return it to that dealership. If the merchandise
is being returned because of a shipping or packing error made by TBR,
then TBR will only reimburse the buyer for the actual UPS Ground or
U.S. Postal Service 1st Class shipping expense. TBR cannot issue call
tags. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restock charge plus
the original cost to ship the goods the first time. Refunds will only
be for credit towards future purchases- no cash refunds.
FREIGHT CLAIMS: All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected
by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is
the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All
claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of
goods, supported by a bill of lading and invoice.
WARRANTY:
All Two Brothers Racing, Inc. exhaust systems carry a limited 90 day
warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials.
All of the items sold by TBR are intended for off road use only and
are not street legal, DOT approved or EPA approved. Any of the items
sold in our catalog could possibly void the motorcycle
manufacturer’s warranty. TBR warrants its products to be free from
any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery, but makes no
other warranty claims.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
This warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the
exhaust system from an authorized Two Brothers Racing re-seller.
Warranty is non-transferable; no returns will be accepted from third
parties.
No RA # will be issued without the proof of purchase from an
authorized Two Brothers Racing re-seller.
No returns will be accepted without a valid RA # printed on the
outside on the package and a copy of the original receipt included
inside the package.
Any packages sent without an RA # printed on the outside of the
package, will be refused and returned to sender.
Product returned without a valid RA # will be refused.
Product returned without proof of purchase will be processed as a
repair, sender will be responsible for the retail costs of all
parts; an addition to; a repair rate of $100.00 per hr, min charge
of 1 hour.
WARRANTY RESTRICTIONS:
1. Abuse, misuse, improper installation and modifications.
2. No proof of purchase at the time of warranty, claimant must
provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) and a return
authorization number, obtained from Two Brothers Racing.
3. Warranty does not cover finishes due to rust, inclement weather
conditions, exposure to salt, and or exposure to chemicals. Material
discoloration is not covered under any circumstance.
4. Damage due to excessively burned packing, loose bolts, improper
care and or any lack of maintenance by the customer, are not
covered.
5. Electrical parts are not covered under warranty.
EXTENT OF WARRANTY:
All warranty claims properly returned to Two Brothers racing
will be repaired or replaced by Two Brothers Racing. Two Brothers
Racing is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the
customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is Two
Brothers Racing responsible for any damages either consequential,
incidental, special, contingent, or otherwise: or expenses or injury
arising directly or indirectly from the use of exhaust system. Any
exhaust system returned to Two Brothers Racing must be sent at the
customer’s expense along with the proof of purchase along with the
return authorization number. Two Brothers Racing reserves the right
to determine whether the terms of warranty, set out above, have been
properly followed. In the event that the terms are not followed,
this warranty is void. Two Brothers Racing is the sole arbitor of
abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications, should any of
these be found, this warranty is void. The duration of any and all
implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express
warrant. All incidental or consequential damages are hereby
excluded.
LIABILITY: The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise
purchased from Two Brothers Racing by the customer hereby shall
release Two Brothers Racing from any and all liability pertaining to
the use of such merchandise. The customer recognizes that any
alteration or modification to any motorcycle may increase the risk of
injury, accident or death, and may also render the motorcycle illegal
for use on public roads.
