SHIPPING POLICIES |
We determine freight based off of the type of shipping
option you select at the time you place your order. For customers
selecting UPS Ground or US Postal Service (Military Addresses Only) we
have a special freight plan. Your freight charges will be determined by
the total dollar amount of your order. For customer requiring faster
shipping options we offer the following express shipping options: UPS
Orange (3 Day), UPS Blue (2 Day) and UPS Red (1 Day) service. The price of
the various express shipping options will be determined by the weight and
dimension of the actual items ordered. Please allow 24-72 hours to process
all orders from time of receipt, regardless of shipping option selected. |

Shipments outside the US may be subject to customs fees, tariffs, duties, Value-Added Tax (VAT), etc. Customs procedures and charges vary from country to country and are the recipient’s responsibility. Import costs will be collected locally at time of customs clearance and/or upon delivery and are
not included in merchandise price or shipping charges. Two Brothers Racing does not provide estimates for these costs. Your local Customs office will collect all fees and we encourage you to contact your local Customs office for more information.
Items that we ship internationally are considered “sold”. Two Brothers Racing is not responsible for any costs, delays, or problems caused by shippers or Customs once the shipment leaves our warehouse. If customs and duties are not paid, goods will be abandoned and no refund given. If you refuse a package that has been received by Customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund the cost of the product(s) after collecting the shipping fees and additional fees required to return the package to us.

able to make purchases at Two Brothers Racing, Inc as well as other

them into their online system where you can consolidate them with
other orders.

international shipping rates.

4. Back at our website,

5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your
BILLING & SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the
payment method... No Exceptions.
7. Choose your shipping method, and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them
for delivery of your order via
