Jessi Kohrell and her Two Brothers Racing-equipped Kawasaki Teryx lead the pack in the 3rd annual Mojave Off Road Racing Enthusiasts (M.O.R.E.) Powder Puff Race to the Cure on October 10, 2008.
“This was an awesome experience,” Kohrell said. “Everything worked flawless. We had an awesome machine and the team worked perfectly together.”
Kohrell gave credit almost solely to her team’s quick pit stops and the impressive performance of her Two Brothers Racing bolt on modifications including the M-7 V.A.L.E.™ Dual Full Exhaust System.
“We battled between first and second place until lap three when we were able to pass,” Kohrell said. We were able to catch the leaders on the high-speed straight! Our Teryx only had a modified CDI box and a Two Brothers Racing Exhaust System installed—awesome power!
The Two Brothers Racing Teryx system is built specifically to increase power over a broad range, adding nearly 6 hp over stock.
Like all of TBR’s ATV/UTV exhaust systems, the dual aluminum mufflers are durable, feature solid mounting hardware and included spark arrestors; and are compatible with TBR’s full line of P-series sound tips.
Along with her victory, Kohrell succeeded in personally raising over $2000 for the Cedar Sinai Breast Cancer Research Center. The entire event raised over $115,000 for the center.
Held outside Barstow, California, the race was run over a 20-mile (approx) desert loop. Kohrell’s winning team completed five laps for a total of 115 miles in 3 hours 47 minutes.
