Kawasaki Versys 650 Full System (2015-2016)

Kawasaki Versys 650 Full System

Whether your cruising around town, burning up the fire road or racking up miles the Kawasaki Versys 650 is a well-rounded fun motorcycle. That is why Two Brothers Racing couldn’t wait to get our hands on this king of the adventure-riding world. Drawing inspiration from our road racing roots we built a full exhaust system that was engineered to squeeze every bit of power out of Kawasaki’s 650 motor. Fully TIG welded by hand and constructed out of mandrel bent stainless steel, our header system looks like it came straight out of a factory race team. We then focused on sound; using our wildly popular S1R muffler we were able to create a deep aggressive sound that is still mellow enough to enjoy those long rides. Adding undeniable style the S1R comes with a filament wound carbon fiber that you won’t find anywhere else on the market. Built-in features like our signature spiral-wound inner core and Teflon coated magnesium end cap make this system strong enough to handle whatever you can dish out.

We take performance seriously.

It its crucial that each system delivers the sound and performance our heritage claims. Extensive R&D is scheduled from the bends, the sound, the dyno, and the track. Every part of the bikes range is analyzed to respectively create the best horsepower, torque, and sound. The extensive process applies to both full and slip-on platforms. Have confidence that you will receive absolute top level out of box performance and power and be competitive among motorcycle enthusiast. The track and power is our focus for exhaust systems, but this does not sacrifice the heritage and aesthetics that Two Brothers Racing is known for. Starting with the art of crafted bends and welds, through selected high-end outer and inner materials, and firing out of our unique magnesium end caps, we are the aftermarket leader of function and form in one exhaust system.
